Fee Schedule

15.1. Delivery and Service Fees

Delivery Fee	Fee for the Delivery Service, calculated based on distance, time, package size/weight category, and other factors.	As displayed in the Platform at checkout

15.2. Cancellation Fees

Fee	Description	Current Amount
Cancellation Fee (Pre-Arrival)	Cancellation after assignment to a Courier but before Courier arrival at the pickup location.	Greater of $37.50 or 50% of estimated Delivery Fee
Cancellation Fee (At Pickup)	Cancellation after and while the Courier is on-site at the pickup location. Charged in addition to the full original Delivery Fee.	Greater of $37.50 or 50% of estimated Delivery Fee
Cancellation Fee (After Pickup)	Cancellation after pickup, requiring return of the package. Charged in addition to the full Delivery Fee and Return Fee.	Greater of $37.50 or 50% of estimated Delivery Fee

15.3 Wait Time Fees

Fee	Description	Current Amount
Wait Time Fee	Charged when packages are not ready for pickup within 15 minutes of the specified pickup time.	$1.25 per minute of delay per affected Courier
Extended Wait Time Fee	Additional fee when wait time exceeds 1 hour. Deliveries may be cancelled or rescheduled when wait time exceeds 20 minutes.	$75.00 per hour per affected Courier

15.4. Storage Fees

Storage Fee (Space)	Daily charge for storage space occupied by package(s) at a PKUP facility.	$0.25 per square foot per day
Storage Fee (Transport)	Fee for transport time from the delivery location to the storage facility.	$1.25 per minute

15.5. Return and Re-attempt Fees

Fee	Description	Current Amount
Return Fee	Fee for returning packages to the sender, charged in addition to the original Delivery Fee.	100% or more of the original Delivery Fee
Re-attempt Fee	Fee for re-attempting a delivery due to Customer error (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address, missing unit number, entry codes not provided). No charge for re-attempts due to PKUP or Courier error.	As displayed in the Platform

15.6. Add-on and Address Change Fees

Fee	Description	Current Amount
Add-on Fee	Fee for last-minute delivery requests made outside the standard platform. Additional fees may apply if the add-on requires the Courier to wait longer than 15 minutes.	Up to double the originally agreed Delivery Fee
Address Change Fee	Fee for deliveries requiring an address change or redelivery to a corrected address.	$1.25 per minute of additional time beyond the original delivery estimate

15.7. Administrative Fees

Administrative Fee (Size/Weight Adjustment)	Fee charged when an incorrect Size/Weight Category is selected by the Customer.	$1.25 per minute of additional time required, subject to a 15-minute minimum charge

15.8. Insurance

Coverage	Description	Current Amount
Standard Package Insurance	Insurance coverage per delivery for loss or damage to goods while in the possession of PKUP’s Courier. Reimbursement is per delivery, not per package, and is credited to the user’s PKUP account.	Up to $100 per delivery
Additional Package Coverage	Optional additional insurance coverage, available for purchase at the time of Delivery submission.	As displayed in the Platform at checkout

15.9. Payment Processing Fees

Credit Card Processing Fee (Website)	Fee for credit card payments made through the Website.	3% of transaction amount
Credit Card Processing Fee (Mobile App)	Fee for credit card payments made through the Mobile App.	None
Late Payment Charge	Charge applied to outstanding amounts on overdue invoices.	2% of outstanding amount
